Platinum Smile Dentist Mandurah

Just had my first experience at platinum smile dental and it was wonderful. I had been to another Mandurah dentist and found them condescending and very unhelpful. Dr Eugene on the other hand was sympathetic, showed an understanding of my situation and was very helpful in seeking a solution to my issues. My treatment is not finished but I have found a dentist I'm comfortable with and have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone

First visit to a dentist in a while as I'm a scaredy cat! Dr Eugene was brilliant! Kind and gentle, he listened to my issue and then offered three options. I'm taking my time to think about them but will definitely be back! Couldn't fault.

I have to give this dentist three stars because, my appointment did get mixed up & I did end up missing it.Second reason being my new dentist that I moved to told me I only needed one filling done not all of them asap, but when I was at platinum smiles the dentist told me I needed all of them done asap, which wasn't true at all.I'm not saying avoid this dentist, but it helps to shop around, if its not the right one for you.

Never liked Dentists but desperately needed my teeth fixed. Dr Eugene organised my four front porcelain crowns, two back teeth removed and three fillings. Not prepared to sit through this awake, I had the best Anaethetist who was gentle and patient with two visits required to complete all the work. Covered by some Medicare for sedation, & HBF, my porcelain crowns are beautiful and am also pain free costing me $8k out of pocket. Best investment ever and a totally new outlook on the future. The best, straight forward experience I have had with any Australian Dentists - ever. From the wonderful Administration ladies at the front to the nurse and Dentist. No hard sales pitch for needless and endless work. Kevin was straight to the point, compassionate and caring, whilst professional and able to convey his extremely knowledgeable expertise, into easily understood diagnosis. No more overseas dental visits for me, I have found the best Dentist here now. Finally. Thank you Kevin.

After doing quite some research around Mandurah area, this dentist appealed to me the most. I’m a big person on reviews and everyone had nothing but great things to say about this practice so I thought I would give it a go. I had called to make an appointment and was informed they where quite busy. Whilst trying to make an appointment, the lovely Jess had mentioned someone had just cancelled and then put me in for the following day. Jess was so lovely and was a pleasure to deal with. My appointment was great. I was wonderfully greeted by the lovely girls on reception. I was then called in by the nurse and then Eugene came shortly after. They where both wonderful. Made me feel very comfortable and even went to the extent of doing something extra for me after closing hours. Shortly after my visit I had received an email on what was discussed at my appointment with breakdowns and different payment options etc. I can 150% recommend this wonderful practice to anyone. The whole team are super efficient and passionate in what they do.

I love the team at Platinum Smile, always friendly and professional, with guaranteed quality dentistry by Dr Eugene. They listen carefully to your concerns, create a clear plan to achieve your end goal, and both myself and my son are delighted with our resulting smiles and ongoing care. This is one of the rare practices that also send reminders, they are on time, and they use hi-caps to bulk bill your health fund - all adding to a positive customer experience. I highly recommend Dr Eugene and his lovely team if you need general dental or a new, improved smile.

I have been using Platinum Smile Dentist for a very long time now and despite not liking the thought of going to the dentist, they make the experience much more enjoyable. The whole team, from the front reception to the dentists themselves make you feel so very welcome, even though l am a hard patient to treat because of my gag reaction they still do their very best and have done so with success for a good many years. I have shared my experience with friends and family who now attend this practice and l will continue to recommend them to everyone l speak to. Give them a go, I know you won't regret it.
