Dr. Jason Yapp is a very good dentist, polite & professional. I’ve also had my teeth cleaned by Courtney & another lady previously , both have done a very good job! Good advice & tips given. The reception staff are always friendly & helpful.

Cannot rave about Absolute Smiles enough. I met with Dr Yapp after not having seen a dentist in over 5+ years. He was so welcoming, walked me through each and every step, a good conversationalist and really easy to talk with! A huge mention also to Greta, who was on reception. My experience was off to a good start by how welcoming and professional she was, the second I opened the door, what a keeper!!

I was recommended to change my dentist to Absolute Smiles by a friend. I had a check-up and clean from Jason and Natalie. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. They were so thorough and informative. They also made me laugh and turned a dentist appointment into a fun experience. Highly recommend them!

I had the most amazing experience today. The hygienist who did my scale and clean was Courtney McGuire. She did a fantastic job and is so professional. I highly recommend to book an appointment with her. FABULOUS! I now LOVE Absolute Smiles (in Bassendean).

My husband Richard and myself have been going to Absolute Smiles in Bassendean for a number of years. They provide great customer service.Richard was afraid of dentists but now sees Sandeep regularly. He is caring and gentle.I get my teeth regularly scaled and cleaned by Dzana, she is friendly, helpful and does not hurt you.I would recommend them. I have also had a root canal and crown done with them.

Jason and the team are absolutely amazing. I have had some horrible experiences with dentists in the past but I can’t fault Absolute Smiles. They made sure I was feeling comfortable during the procedure and everything was explained in detail and the cost for the treatment was mentioned upfront. I can highly recommend them!

I've had a lot of dentists and while they have all been good in their own way, Dr Jason Yapp at this location is the best dentist I've had by far. There is nothing really I could even consider wanting from a dentist that is not provided at this location, nor is there any suggestion I have on how they could improve. I've also had any questions answered with great patience and kindness.

Unfortunately an other unpleasant experience, as most of the time in a dentist, push to do treatment or explanation not required and a comprehensive oral examination not really request. Bit expensive compared to others.

Absolute Smiles have the most friendly and professional team. Always welcoming, no long waits, and clean/comfortable reception/treatment areas. The staff always remember you by name and go out of their way to put you at ease and explain procedures before and as they provide them. Highly recommend!

I’m very happy with my experience at Absolute Smiles. The dental hygienist Courtney McGuire spent about two hours over two days to do a deep clean of my teeth. The anaesthesia was expertly administered. Courtney was professional and caring and calmed my anxieties about the process. I need this procedure every 6 months and usually dread it, but I’ve already made my next appointments with Courtney for April 2023!
